Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with 14 days of full Copinance Pro access — no card required. You choose a plan only when you decide to keep going.
What happens when my trial ends?
You will need to subscribe to keep using Copinance. Nothing you have saved — watchlists, settings, history — is deleted while you decide.
Can I switch between Copinance and Pro, or monthly and annual billing?
Yes, anytime from the Billing page. Switches to an existing subscription apply immediately with prorated billing.
What is your refund policy?
Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee — cancel within 30 days of an annual charge for a full refund, no questions asked.
What does "bring your own key" mean for Ask AI?
Copinance Pro members can connect keys for as many supported AI providers as they like at the same time — not just one — for unlimited Ask AI usage, billed directly by each provider. You choose which connected provider and model powers Ask AI, and can switch at any time from Profile. Without a personal key, both plans include a monthly message allowance on the product-managed model.
Do you offer a permanent free tier?
No — every account starts with the 14-day Pro trial instead of a limited free tier, so you can evaluate the complete product before choosing a plan.
Is Copinance investment advice?
No. Copinance is a self-directed research and education workspace. It is not a broker, adviser, or fiduciary, and nothing in the product is a personalized recommendation. See the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for the full details.
Do I need an invitation to sign up?
During the private pilot, new accounts require a valid invitation code. Returning users can always sign back in with the same Google account.
